Like a lot of you fellow forum members, I recently installed the factory CB radio to the Wing. It seems to work well just by listening to it with no error codes showing.
My question is: I do not have any headsets yet, besides listening to the CB when riding -Does the CB transmit without having a headset with mikes?
Do I need headsets to talk on the CB? :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:

Huh??? Well, it will transmit. That is to say pressing the PTT button will activate the transmitter, however, with no headset or mike, no audio will be transmitted (obviously! ) ... only a dead RF carrier.

It transmits a blank carrier.

You will need a mike, to be able to talk to someone

Hand mike kit run about 130 dollars. must have one or the other. The 3/4 helmet kit will plug right in
