I finally got the Wing off of the jacks and back on the ground. For a variety of reasons it has been on the jacks for a few weeks now. BUT, now the new Cobra slip-ons, the powder coated wheels and new ****-O-Pegs (great folk @ ****-O-Peg=DDKING) are all finally installed. Now, if Mother Nature would just cooperate.
FYI-when the service manual says 14 ft-lb torque on the front rotor bolts, I can tell you from mis-reading the book that 24 ft-lb will snap the bolt. Sometimes your the windshield, sometimes your the bug.
