It was -4°C (+25°F) this morning. Beautiful sunny day, the rain earlier this week washed the roads.........and it's Friday the 13th. Time to uncover the bike, unhook the battery tender, dress real warmly, and ride 1½ hours to Port Dover, ON. Every Friday the 13th bikers from all over congregate in this small lakeside town. Port Dover's population is 3,500. On a hot summer's Friday the 13th they'll get 50,000 bikes and 100,000-150,000 people. http://www.pd13.com/

Today there might have been 1,000 bikes. It was fantastic to be out on the Wing again, and great to see so many other bikes. The season has begun:excited:

Glad you got out and riding. I just returned from having lunch with my Sis, only 188 miles with temps from 62 to 72....was a good Friday 13th

Since we weren't within reasonable riding distance of Port Dover, we had our own little Friday 13th ride to the Biff Burger in Pinellas Park here in Florida. Usually, from home in Fonthill, Port Dover is only about half an hour away...:lol:

Here on the Clearwater side of Tampa Bay, it was a "shorts and t-shirt" day...
