I posted earlier about foot pegs but somehow it got lost ... go figure. Let's try again. What foot peg set ups are the most popular cause I would like to stretch out on long runs.

Hope I don't screw this one up.

Thanks,

Len

Are you talking foot pegs?
Or are you asking about front mounted highway pegs?
If this is what you want, the Mic-O-Pegs are nice.
They stay up when your feet are not on them.

Several choices, but it seems the two most popular brands are the Kury Ergo IIs

and Mic-O-Pegs

I had both - started out with the Kurys - ended up with the Mics. Some don't like the looks of the Mics and the price but I felt it was worth it for comfort and functionality. I can ride for hours and stretch out comfortably. I have baker side wings so my shins would hit the bottom of the air wings when I put my feet up on the Kurys. You also have to be careful with the Kurys that you don't have them too low and scrape when going around a tight turn. I like the fact that when not in use, the foot pegs on the Mics are above the engine guards and when I put my foot on them it is below for a comfortable sitting position. When I am going around a tight curve, I merely put my feet on the main foot pegs of the bike, the Mic-O-Pegs spring up and.... no scraping. There are several models based on your desired position. I tried the DDs originally and ended up with the GQ models. There are several other choices out there as well which I am sure others will chime in about.
