Foot warmer ventilation louver (how do I adjust)

I noticed that my right vent does not close all the way, does anyone know where the adjustment is for it is? I already have the front lower cowl off as I'm installing the foglamps (as soon as the rest of the parts get here).

Also looked in the service manual and could not find any info ( I guess I do not know exactly what they call it) I would hate to screw with the dealer for this as I do not have the time.

Is there possibly a adjustment under the left glove box? or???

The adjustment is under the front lower cowl where the two side cables join the one coming down.
