I can only speak from my experience, so keep that in mind. I installed the Progressive Cartridges and found them to be pretty good. After installing a Traxxion triple tree, which I obtained from one of our outstanding members, the combination made my 03 ride like a dream. There's no wander or wiggle in the twisties, and she tracks perfectly through those long sweeping curves. The Traxxion triple tree came with AllBalls tapered bearings already installed, it only requires the replacement of the races in the frame, so two upgrades in one. I've considered adding a fork brace, but doubt it would improve things any further. At some point I may add the Traxxion rear shock and spring, but for now the 2012 trike take-off is doing just fine. To give you some comparison, I'm 210 and the better half is 155, so I'd venture my setup would fit you pretty well. As a side note, the addition of an Ultimate Mid-rider seat hasn't hurt either.
