I am picking up my 07 at the end of this month and need to know the overall length of the bike to make sure it will fit in the trailer. I know the wheelbase is 66.5 inches but need the overall length. A 1500 fits in like a glove and I want to make sure the 1800 will too.

Overall length is approximately 104 inches.

Thanks DT. Approximately the same as a 1500 then. They are 103.5 in according to the manuel.

Like Don said, it's 103.7 but I thought someone would bust me with..."depends on tires, modifications, and so on..." and get real picky.

All I know is that it won't fit in an 8 foot trailer with the tailgate closed. I had to rig up some turnbuckles to hold the gate up at an angle.
