Hello fellow Goldwing riders,
I have heard talk from these Forums of a man named "Buck" that does good work in Houston. I found an email address that did not work. If anybody has contact info or knows a good and fair mechanic in Texas would you please let me know. I'm actually in Waco, TX but willing to take the bike anywhere within a couple hundred miles if needed to get it to someone who is experienced and will do the job right. Honda shop quoted me an astronomical price and I don't know that I want to tackle this myself. I'm looking to do the following:

1) Replace air filter.
2) A radiator hose came loose. I need it reattached and would like to tighten as many clamps as possible.
3) I just purchased Progressives new front suspension that is a cartridge type with new springs. I need these installed.

4) Replace the stock ball style steering bearings with the tapered "All Balls" bearings.

5) Also want to install a new F4 windshield.

I would like an estimate for the work?

I live in Waco and can trailer the bike to you. Get it done in one to two days and bring it home. I will spend the night if needed. I have the Progressive Front suspension with new Honda Fork seals, All Balls steering kit, and the air filter.

I appreciate any help. I'm ready to get this done and get back on the road. Thanks
Dale

He will answer his email in all caps...don't worry he isn't yelling....just the way he does it,

Bob is a Goldwing Certified Master Mechanic and truthfully all the local dealers come to him when they can't figure something out. Extremely conscientious.

Tell him Dan sent you.
