Here we go, wanting the government to legislate common sence again. If they don't mind you killing your babies before they are born, why should they care after they are born? Same way with requiring helmets for adults. As long as the public does not have to pay for their injuries, I say let them have at it. We are giving up too many freedoms to the State in order for them to tell us how to live. Personnal responsibility needs to the the answer.
