Anyone have the GWRRA 3 in 1 jacket, and if so what is your opinion of it? Does it do good in cold weather? Seem to be well made? Its a pricey jacket, but would consider if others like it.

3 in 1 jackets

As far as function, they are pretty good. Won't win you any style points but work fine when you're expecting a large variation in temperatures.
As long as you layer you can probably ride in temperatures in the mid-30s. Then separating the jackets you can ride when it's in the 70's and everything in between. They are well made as ours are 6+ years old and show hardly any wear. The sleeve ends are stained from cheap leather gloves bleeding on them in the rain. The 3-in-1 will get by in a light rain but I wouldn't consider them raingear by any stretch.

We had the old style for years before I made the change for armour coats.

The quilted one and a Gerbing was all that I needed for any cold weather riding but I feel that they should have put armour in them.
