There has been in the past few years since it moved to Marshal, but didn't go last year. Usually a fair showing. It doesn't cost any thing to walk around the outside part, where the most of the vendors are. Look for Bobby I think her name is, she has a really big selection of GL goodies.

Must be nice to be able to walk around for free. Last Rally I attended it was $20.00 to get in the vendor area. Main reason I stopped going to them.
