What is the torque value for the stock mounting bolts on the handlebars. Just installed shims and I dont see it in my shop manual.

I was wondering the same thing. I installed the risers but found no torque values so I used blue loc-tight and snugged the bolts down pretty good. I'll check them again in a month or so.
