i recently had ecm replacement and when i got home i noticed the lights on the handlebars were not working. i rarely drive at night. could this be due to the ecm replacement or a problem before replacement of ecm. the bike was also in the shop for wheel and tire replacement due to running over a post at high rate of speed. could the jolt of the impact cause this. the lights on the gas tank are illuminated. what do i check for or do i need to take the bike back to the dealer. thanks!

If you had the ECM replaced you don't have an '04. And, unless I'm very wrong (and I have been many times) only the '04s light up.

Light fix

You just need to change the air filter, add some chrome resevoir covers, and MBL handle bar relocators and then your handle bar control lights will work just as they did from the factory!

Unless it's an '04; then none the above procedures will change anything.
