Thanks to the advice of several great people on this forum I took my trike back to the installer to get the brake lines bled. The tech said he bled them four times during the install. Then, thru conversation, I discovered he didn't know that the rear brake pedal on the Wing linked brake system had a slave cylinder on the front brake caliper. After explaining the braking system to him he bled the hose that went to the front. That's where the air was. The Wing now stops like it's supposed to with a firm brake pedal.

So the customer has to explain to the "technician" how the brakes work and how to bleed them. :eek:4:
