To waste some time, I priced out a 2023 DCT Airbag model with EVERY available option. Including destination charge and freight surcharge, it came out to $39,457.74. With sales tax where I live, it would bring that amount to $42,910

Now let's add speed bleeders, centramatics, drink holder, front fender extender, Traxxion suspension, Traxxion other accessories.........

Honda has a custom seat for the 2023 @ $999.95 Part #: 08R76-MKC-A00

But folks would probably ditch that custom seat and get an aftermarket one anyway!

I have one on my Harley at the moment, and the mount for it on my Wing. (Cup holder is interchangeable) Holds my 30oz. Yeti perfectly

Just wondering,
Did that pricing include any DEALER MARK UPS? The wife and I went into a dealership today and its one of those that has multiple brands and sizes etc. I first looked at the Honda CRF300 Rally and it had a $2,200.00 dealer mark up from the MSRP which did not include all the normal fees. Then I looked at a brand new 2022 Honda PCX 150 and it had an $1,800 markup. Then I walked over to the only Wing they had, a 2023 Tour DCT in Red and it had a $3,800.00 markup that also did not include all the taxes, dealer prep, documentation fees and all that. The MSRP of that Wing was $29,xxx. I didn't look at all the price tags on all the bikes/sidexsides, Can Am Slingshots, dirt bikes and all that but, it appeared they had/have dealer markups on everything I looked at. Pretty sure I won't be buying ANYTHING there.

If you were going that route you would have to buy the accessories after you bought the bike..why pay DMV the extra tax on the vehicle that the accessories would cost you....but the truth is, like with the SUV and pickup truck, the Gold Wing is becoming unaffordable for the average working man.

I got mine in the right time. Makes me happy. If she likes it or not, she stays with me for many more pleasure times. Let them sell it to someone else. I paid 25.5K out the da%$ door. New, 2020 DCT Tour/ no bag.
