The left and right high beams headlights on the GW are on a split circuit, so that you are not left with no high-beams.

The left high beam circuit goes through the dimmer switch on the left handlebar. From there it splits off to the fog light relay (to cut the fog lights on high beam if that wiring option is in place), to the meter panel for the blue high beam indicator light, to the left high beam and then to the trigger coil of the the high beam relay, which triggers the right high beam to come on.

Does your high beam indicator light work?
Does your right high beam work?

Was the bike in the shop recently for any work? Maybe a connector was not fully seated and vibrated out or was missed.

First things first: try a known good bulb. Then check the connector for voltage.

Are they both out now? You started out with the left side being out, now its the right side... Buy two new H7's, at the local Walmart or auto store.. Replace the left and then test, or if its the right one, do that one.... Keep the second new one handy... the second one seems to die very quickly after the first one.... sometimes same day, sometimes a week or so... or just do them both, then the color and output will match.

Does the blue indicator light come on?

Sounds like the high beam relay, located under the seat in the relay block.

Remove the seat, disconnecting the heater wires if fitted. The relay block has 4 rows of relays. Find the high beam relay and swap it with another. In fact if you find the particular relay, you may be able to hear it click, tho I doubt that.

After you made sure it is not a bad bulb.

Left or Right sitting on the bike? If the right side is out, it's the relay or wires to it, if the left one is out, it could be a couple of things.
