Due to Progressive shock/springs and a "70" tire the rear of the bike is higher. My headlight adjuster when in full up position is a little lower than I prefer. Is there any way to raise the range of adjustment of the electric adjuster? Thanks in advance.

Yes, and its EZ. THe Honda shop manual would have you remove a lot of Tupperware; but that is not necessary. Each light fixture has a verical and horizontal adjuster that drives a gear set to move the aid of the lights. The vertical adjusters can be reached by a hand up through the lower end of the steering tunnels. The adjuster nut is white nylon and can often be rotated by bare fingers, or easily with a hex socket as a handle. The adjusters are also internally adapted to being turned witha hex key, but I forget which size fits. Don't forget to leave enough downward adjustment to compensate for heavy two-up riding.
