Yep. Just reach up form under teh tunnels up front and feel about blindly until you find the verticle adjuster nuts. I can turn mine with my fingers, but a socket helps and the nuts also have internal hex fitting.

I suggest you go about this a little at a time. First adjust the side that is lower to be at or close to the side aimed higher. Give that a try to see if both sides still need more upward range. Get your "sweet spot" set with the electrical adjuster set at about mid range or maybe 3/4 of full range so that you have a bit of upward range in reserve and a good bit more of lower range inreserve to compensate for pre-load ajustments and two-up heavy riding. A level floor with a brick wall up front helps the aiming process as you can track the adjustmets across the bricks. There is a horizontal adjustment too, but once teh lights are nearly equal in vertical, the slightly typical right lamp eing a bit cockeyed to the right is more acceptable and most folks don't adjust that.
