Need some help here guys......am getting a new 06 with heated grips which I don't need, but you know the drill you have to get them to get the air bag etc.

So, rather than cut them off and throw them away and lose about a 225.00 option, would like to keep them somehow if I can install the Kuryyakn ISO grips which I have come to love so well. Is there a way to trim them down and slip them over the factory stock heated grips?

Any thoughts or suggestions on how to have my cake and eat it too???

Help Help! Thanks.....

You can't trim down the Honda heated grips and fit the Kury grips over them. If you really want the Kury grips and still want heated grips you will have to remove the Honda heated grips and install aftermarket grip heaters under the Kury grips.

Or you can ge the chrome heated grips from Honda to replace the stock ones.

What I did was I put Lewis heated pads under my Kuryvakn color match grips. Since you have the Honda wiring what you should do is just take off the grips and use just Lewis pads under your Kuryvakn grips.
