Have the Kury covers and washed the bike the other day must have turned the switch on for the grip heater.. anyway I noticed it was on after 12 miles of riding and no heat from the grips .. So I removed the Kury covers to find the left grip is sorta loose and I believe the heater wires or whatever is under the stock grip is matted up as it feels bumpy.

I have looked at the Show chrome ones and seem to have good reveiws and I like the fact of the larger grip and ease of wiring

Questions:
Can I test some how to see power in the wires coming to the grip /s and also anyone what to put thier 2cents in on the Show chrome grips

Might be the ambient temperature disabling them, I think its like a 65 degree value.

I did some investagating and rolled the left grip back to reveal the heat element to find indeed the heat element has matted up under the grip and is torn.
So called wing stuff and ordered new heated grips and weight ends too. This should cure the problem.

Something wierd though is the seat still works???
