It was just on here a couple of weeks ago but can't find it....partly cause I haven't figured out how to do a search for a topic. I know there's probably a simple way but when I click on the "Search" function and put in "jackets" I don't get what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance.

I hope these help you. Lots of good info about jackets here on this forum but the word "jackets" might be buried in a post with a different subject title. When searching here be sure to check the box "search for all terms" This has helped me in the past. Good luck....

Good stuff. Once you experience the abrasive qualities of blacktop you'll disregard price & go for quality.

Wife & I both wear it. Very comfortable.

CD,

You were asking about the Goldwing Airtek Jacket. I wear mine all the time. PRetty much the same as the Mesh Tek jacket. Looks good, fits great and here in the Florida heat, the silver with balck trim works great.

I got mine from Wingstuff. I prefer to buy from Hal, but since I live in FLA-USA, I get hit with tax, so big money items I get from Wingstuff.

Check out this link from Hal's site and read the reviews there:

Bartman...

Bartman, I still like the looks of the Goldwing jacket, but now that the weather is changing to cool (some times cold) I am looking for a good jacket for winter riding that is warm plus flexible. I have 2 Joe Rocket Ballistic 3/4 length (matching ones for wifie and me) but it is so stiff and uncomfortable that I don't wear it, wifie won't wear hers either because it is so damn uncomfortable. Looking for something that is as comfortable as a leather jacket but protects us from accident situations.

You helped me with a throttle lock question, let me return the favor.

I urge you to consider the Motoport Kevlar gear. I wear the 3/4 ultra II mesh jacket and pants. You can wear it year round, by just putting in the liners. This product is far and away superior to the Honda jacket, in fact, most superior to anything out there. Expensive.......but much much less than a skin graft. www.motoport.com The guy who owns the business, name is Wayne. Talk with him. Better yet, go to their web site, and in the top right hand corner is a link titled "Saving Your Hide" it is a presentation about the tear strengths of every fabric known to be used in motorcycle protective gear. Read that and then call Wayne. You will be glad you did.
