To anyone who installed the backoff wig wag brake module on a 2012 or newer GW, how do you get access to the individual left and right brake light wires ? Through trunk? Behind lower tail light? Etc. The instructions from signal dynamics are terrible, even the specific goldwing sheet is practically worthless. Thanks.

Figured it out. Took off the three lower trunk plastic pieces and had direct access to the brake light wiring. There is a good spot on the bottom of the trunk to mount the unit as well. Works as advertised after installation.

Anyone with a 2012+ goldwing who wants to modulate just the outer brake lights on the trunk lid, as is the case with the back off wig wag modular, then i recommend this method to access the wiring.

I found this video showing how to remove the lower trunk panels.
