:?: Being a newbie to this board and my 04 Candy Red Gold Wing, I could use some help with this install. Sure is different from the old Valkyrie. I have general instructions from EC on this but I guess I need to know if I should remove the seat in addition to the rear fender center section. Can anyone lend some assistance from their install and thanks.

Rich I had the same problem. Yes, you must remove the seat and the rear fender section (5 screws). If your work area is well lit you will see the route to run the wiring when looking up and thru the rear center section. I used a straightened close hanger with a hook on one end. I pushed the wire thru from the rear with the help of a flashlite and the hanger I simply hooked the wire and pulled it thru from the seat side.
