Bought new Edsets recently and found a great tip for reducing / eliminating wind noise from your mike.
Cut a short piece of 3/4" shrink tubing and slide it over the mike, heat it to shrink using a "hair dryer", not a heat gun, so as to not damage the mike. Works great
Rode from PA to N Myrtle Beach, SC and back with virtually no wind noise. Hope this helps someone else out there.

Something I have read involved using a small balloon, the type used for water baloons. Also, the same info suggested using stretching of the fingers of a surgical glove over a larger mic. The theory is that sound travels by vibration and cutting air flow to the mic. would not affect your voice transmission.
