Most of my riding is 50 to 85 on the speedometer. Should I put the Honda recommended high speed riding plugs (NGK BKR7E-11) in the bike as replacements? Is 50 mph considered high speed? The ambient temperature is now always above 41 degrees.

I would say no. High speed is high speed. I take that to mean you ride 85 plus most of the time.

Would call them high rpm plugs, not high speed plugs. If you don't run your engine over 4500-5000 rpm rountinely (drag racing and over 100), don't need high tech plugs.
