Wow what great pic!! Not that i advocate that kind of behavior
Who is it,and where, when?I've only managed to lift the front wheel about 10 or 12 inches, but that is a good wheelie,if i did that with my wife on board she'd kill me

It is fairly easy to do that with 2 people on board. Roll along in first gear about 3500 rpm and decel for a quick second and hit wide open. It will come right up. The decel helps the front end to come up. I can get a small 2nd gear wheelie with 2 people too. If you are riding solo it is much harder to do, the rear just wants to spin.

Looking at the shadow under the rear wheel, means only one thing. If it is a fake, someone did there homework.

I am not a pro at any of my software programming for this kind of thing, but I did do a convincing job of taking a picture of a Brinks truck backed up to the plant where I work so I could make a point as to who got the biggest paychecks.

I managed to upset a whole lot of people for a little while :)
