has anybody put these on there bike, and how do you like them? i want armrest for my wife, but don't like the ones that mount to the trunk, or to the seat handles, also they look more like part of the rear seat, and not another add on.
Let me chime in here as well. I too have been considering these armrests by Honda. Those of us with a passing interest would like to know what people's impressions have been with these? Are they cushy, or are they just a flat surface to put ones arms on? The design seems to indicate that the sound from the rear speakers isn't impeded, but is that impression accurate? Inquiring minds want to know!
I put these armrests on my o6 and the wife loves them, they give her better support. They are semi soft. They don't reduce the speaker sound,
Install is fairly easy,if your somewhat mechanically inclined.Hope this helps.
Great post. I've been considering them as well and this info is exactly what I wanted to hear. Anyone have any negative comments before Hal gets more of my $$$?
I lokking at them too...My wife rest her arms on the top of the speakers some times. My question would be.. . do they raise the height very much?
I would like to know some of your opinions ...
We put the honda arm rest on the 06 and the wife like them and they do fit right in with the bike....
