Just for grins, how many miles on your 18+ Gold Wings so far? I know there's hundreds and hundreds of thousands of miles on the older generation Wings, but who's the mileage king out there for the new bikes?
I purchased my NOS 2018 DCT Tour on January 18, 2020.
I just returned from Angel Ride Enterprises where I had the full Traxxion suspension installed along with the Traxxion passenger grab bars. I had a little over 1600 miles when Fred did his magic and even he commented that the bike still had the “new” smell after his test ride. After a little over 400 miles of Arkansas curves I now have 2024 miles on this new ride. I can say that the Traxxion upgrades were well worth my weekend of social distancing in Arkansas and I look forward to many more miles of trouble free fun on this bike! I got my headset re- paired after the latest Navi update from Honda and all is good in the Goldwing world right now. I love this bike more every time I throw a leg over the saddle.
I'm getting really, really bored so I thought I would post the best things to get for your bike.

Ok so We just got our 2018 DCT base with 1300 miles on it. I noticed it had 17.x.x.x.x software on it and the newest version was 19.x.x.x so I downloaded it and installed it. Before the upgrade, the shifting was a bit rough and Clunky is the best way to describe it, not the same as the 2020 demo...
They released an upper set of deflectors to match the lowers. I emailed kuryakyn back in January asking if they would be making a matching set and the response that nothing is planned for them. Today saw these available.
I always had one on my R1200RT. Had it velcroed inside the edge of the fairing for 12 years. Never used it once, but I like to be prepared.
In that light, I'd like to find a good spot to hide the emergency key on the bike somewhere, likely velcro'ed or dual locked in is fine, probably velcro...
