I really like the Rider Education reimbursement benefit of the HRCA membership. I just got my $ 75 reimbursement check for taking the ERC course a few weeks ago. Send in the paperwork and HRCA pays off in quick time.

I would like to add a comment about eligability, HRCA will reimburse for one (1) class each year. but that is membership year and not calendar year. So depending on when you take courses you could collect twice in the same calendar year. For example my HRCA member year runs from June to June. This year I was able to take a different MSF course in the spring and the ERC course late in the same year, being reimbursed for both. :clap2:

The Spring course was covered by the 2002 - 2003 member year
The Fall course was covered by the 2003-2004 member year.

This is just a heads-up for riders considering whent to take courses, keep the member year thing in mind to add flexibilty to scheduling or to keep from missing out on an eligible year!

Keep Safe, keep riding :sw1:

Jay, Dr, Rob and I plan on taking the ERC on May 22. Cost of the course here is $95, so the $75 reimbursement will be gladly welcome.
