Zumo 595 happens to be what I bought a couple years ago. Previously I used a Garmin Nuvi for over 300,000 miles but had to put a sandwich bag on it every time it rained, the Zumo is made to be used in the rain without a cover.

Zumo also make a cheaper version with a smaller screen and less features but my closeup vision isn’t good enough for the smaller screen.

Gps

I just bought the Garmin Zumo 396 LMT-S and am beginning to like it a lot. I did a couple of hundred miles in Missouri telling the GPS to find me hills and curves and it did a great job. I also dropped it off its mount at road speed and it survived.

What model did you have that gave up? I've been using the same one for years, can't remember the model number, but it is the bike specific model, 550 maybe?

I'm using a Garmin 590LM, and I love it, mostly. I have recently learned of another Garmin GPS that is great if you have a need for tracks, prefer push buttons to touch screens, and its screen is brighter, too. It's the Garmin 276Cx: https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/539722
