Well, I watched the Cruiserman video about installing a Macguyver bellypan and in the process of installing it, I over torqued one of the acorn nuts and snapped it off of one of the bolts. Does anyone know what's involved in fixing this issue? Have I made a really expensive mistake????

There are various reasons Wings have an exhaust shield stud broken ... over torquing, dragging metal on turns, corrosion, etc. The only way I know of to fix one is with a new header, and that is costly. Most do nothing when one breaks.
