Help.For no apparent reason,soes it need one?,I powered up the I-way to get some tunes,and no play.The screen shows the graphic and the song title,but the area that shows the anount of time flashes and will not play.I move the song half way thru,thinking I can push start it,no way,I-way.
Brought inside to power up on house current,and to my surprise,if their was any left,it will not power up on house current.
Any thoughts ideas,or suggestions?...Thanks ahead of time.
PS...did a hard restart,no change

That's a bit too far. :)

Look at the controls on the bottom of the screen. Touch the one that looks like an arrow pointing right (play.) However, I think your iWay might need to be replaced <sigh.>

Does this happen with all songs? Do you still have the sample music folder? Do you hear any audio at all out of the unit?

It sounds like the issue with the household power might be related to the plug - do you have the LED lit on the power supply?

also:
Does each music file have the .mp3 suffix?
Are the files mp3's or mp4's? (makes a difference)
