Depends on how you ride, how much air you put in it, what type of surface you ride on, etc., etc.

Personally I don't think mileage should be the main factor in choosing a tire.

You can count on getting more miles from either tire than you can from just about any motorcycle tire.
good lord...of all people!
well im just wondering was is the advantage
I consistently get 11,000 out of my Pirelli. Compares to getting around 9000 out of a premium motorcycle tire. Mileage is just an added benefit of using a CT, to me.
From what I have read here & personal experience 20% more with BMT.
I would run a CT even if I got LESS miles!!
Wes I take you kinda like the bmt? its all good, rp jump in the water is fine, once you go darkside you won't go back! lol
I got 10K out of the kuhmo and I was into the wear bars. But like said above I would run RF CT even if less miles.
Going to the darkside

Well, I've done it. I ordered a Bridgestone Potenza 195/55/16 today. One of the reasons I chose this tire is the symetrical tread design. I hope this one will work well. Anyone here had any experience with it?

Well darn RPoirier, I didn't mean to hijack your thread. Should have started a new topic. I'm a newbie here too.

I gotta be honest...WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!
250 mile ride Sat and I almost fell asleep and let the Kuhmo's do the driving. lol
