Ok, the left inner fender is rubbing on tire. I'm sure this isn't new. What have been some fixes for this?

Btw, it's a 195/55....

Is it rubbing during installation or after the lug nuts are tightened? During installation, this is normal; after, not so much.

I just torque it and set the bike up. It's still touching, not much but....
It just has one zip stripe to hold the bottom of the inner fender on, it's tight but it bows out towards the tire.

That surprises me, I have an 03 and have run 4 different C/Ts on it and never had a rub.:shrug::shrug::shrug:

My 02 doesn't rub either, or maybe I just didn't look!! No the 02 doesn't rub.

My '03 rubs a little on the right inner fender. Bows inward just enough to touch.

Well, I just got back a while ago from a 130 or so ride. I didn't do anything with the rubbing and doesn't rub right now. But, I think more ties is a good idea.

The second pic is the wheel that was removed (bike is new to me), thought it was funny.

I have a Kumho 195/55R 16 RF on my 03 and it doesnt rub either... It did rub after riding 60+ miles at 55mph on flat though. I replaced it with another Kumho same size no rub....:shrug:

My 05 rubbed took off battery box n put 2 zips on it no problemo
