My intercom seems to be stuck on voice activated. It picks up all road noise even when parked in acc. I have JM headsets. Seems I have to set the volumn up pretty high for passenger to hear, but then it really blasts me. Seems like there should be some way to set the voice activation level. Help!

Do you both have the same headsets?

If not then your balance could be out and as the microphones share the same circuit you cannot adjust it hence the importance of headsets with similar output MIC's for riding as a pair

The intercom on the wing is not voice activated. It's always on. I know this sucks on such an expensive bike. I like others have added the Mic Mutes system so either the driver or co rider can mute the mic and get rid of the road noise when not actively conversing. It's one of the best aftermarket additions I've made.
