I have had two JM upper code PAL cords go bad in the last 3 months, My wife does not turn her head that much but they were both tested at the local honda parts supplier and have shorted where they plug into the 90 degrree end at the helmet. They said it is a mfg wty issue they are under wty here is a copy of the sales receipt. They are covered for two years, buy a new one so she is happy and then you can contact JM for RMA to get replacements.

Any suggestions on how to contact JM to get them replaced?

I have had a few of those go bad also just like yours. You can just send them back to where you purchased them and they should warranty them for you. I have not had any problems getting mine replaced. You can also send them back to J&M with your info and they should take care of them for you.

:congrats:I got an email from JM with info on how and where to send for replacement and that some dealers now have wtys done by mfg. Great customer service and I mailed them in today. Thanks John
