Ok folks...My daughters team qualified for the ASA nationals that are going to be in Johnson City in a week or so...

I don't really know much about the area...

what are some things to do with 10 and 11 y/o girls? also a team from California is wanting to pair up with us...so..

Of course gotta have a few places to eat....

So if you have any suggestions...

There are alot of mountains there if they like hiking. Some historic sites but nothing I know of that people wait in line to do.

Things for 10-11 yr olds to do

For kids that age, there is all kids of things to do. There is Wing Deer park which is situated on the lake, State of Franklin Road is chocked full with stores and eateries, The Johnson City mall is pretty decent(size wise). I believe there is a indoor go kart track on Roane street. Great area and I probably haven't even scratched the surface. Oh Yes, there is is also a water park in Jonesborough (on the outskirts of Johnson City):thumbup:
