Kudos to a Northern Ind. dealer
Due to a major brain fart of my own making, I had to take my 07 to Hayden Honda of Kendalville, IN. After reading so many other stories of dealers taking forever to fix our bikes, I wanted to share my experience with this dealer. I had almost $5,000.00 in body damage, (trunk, both saddlebags, sub frame,). The service dept. at Hayden Honda had my bike done in 5 work days. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and the repairs done. They kept the old parts for my inspection, or to take if desired. The price was exactly as quoted. I whole heartedly recommend this dealer for the job they have done for me. There are two dealers closer to me which I chose not to use, due to past dealings. This was my first time through Hayden's door, but not my last.

Glad you had a good experience, Kevin. I got shafted years ago at Rear End Cycle in Elkhart, they lost all my business. I used to sell bikes at Lake City so I feel an allegiance there but mostly I never have anything worked on so I don't really feel that I have a dealer. But yes, have heard nothing but good things about Hayden's.

Same here reference North End. I bought my 03 Vulcan, new, from Lake City and was real happy with them. In 2007 when I was shopping for a Wing, I went back to Lake City and the gentleman I talked to told me that I "had to have the CB to use the intercom". And they would even install it free for the $800.00 the CB cost. I new that was not true, and I have not been back since.Glad you had a good experience, Kevin.
