Called them to see if they would fit me in to put on new tires I bought on the internet explaining I had to leave almost immediately for Daytona. Not only did they get me in, when they had at least 30 bikes to work on, but one of the tires had a broken bead from the plastic ties used in shipping. They replaced it with one of their tires and will return it for me. Can't ask for better service.

Yes DD I was also impressed with Lawrenceville Honda when I bought my GL1800 there. That is one of the only dealers I have ever been to that I didn't encounter at least one employee that could use a lesson in customer service. My 2 local Honda dealers could learn how to treat a customer from dealerships like Lawrenceville and HDL.
