It was installed on my 2010 until I trade it a couple of months ago

Sorta, it folds down but not all the way flat. And as with most Kury items... The chrome sucks and they pit and rust, at least most of my kury add ons have done this over a short time frame.
Other than that they are great back rest and are somewhat adjustable.
