I have lusted after getting the F4 Custom windshield for a few years and finally pulled the trigger for a factory defective unit. Great deal for a small scratch.

Price for the New F4 Custom was about the same price as the Show Chrome windscreen I bought a few years ago.

Comparison

F4 Custom delivery was faster than the Show Chrome but both were fast.

F4 is much clearer and much harder plastic.

F4 is a little bigger the the top than the Show Chrome, while the Show Chrome is longer on the bottom edge.

After a short ride to compare the F4 is cleaner to look through and protects my shoulders a little better. Not sure of rain protection, but happy I bought the F3

I purchased an F4 a couple years ago for my 18 tour. It was the same size as the OEM shield but, I wanted a tinted shield. It has held up well it does not have any noticeable scratches and the clarity is as good today as it was the day it arrived.

Love my F4 20" tinted screen on my 2018 DCT Tour. Easy to clean and clarity is great, with much better wind protection than OEM.

I need to know does the shield touch the little winglets on the side I would like to buy one of these shields but I wont zero troubles, I ride with my shield down 90% of the time and the stock height is the shield I am looking @.

The shield I purchased is the same dimensions as the stock shield. It does not touch the winglets.

My F4 tinted 20" shield is wider than stock and the winglets are touched by the shield when fully retracted, however it does not present a problem as the bumpers supplied by the company mitigates the issue. I'm happy with the shield.
