Just came across this thing - perhaps it's an old idea, but I haven't seen it before. Remote Brake light installed on the back of your helmet:

I have seen a few crotch rocket riders have them on - but with all the lights I have on the back of the wing - standard lights, EC's 4-way spoiler light, and side mirror LEDs - if they can't see me with them I doubt a LED bar on the helmet is going to add any more visibility that I am turning or stopping
