What kind of led turn signal bulbs can I use in 02 gold wing 1800. 02’s don’t have a flasher relay to change for led bulbs

Newer led bulbs have an anti-hyper flash circuit built into the bulbs, just need to read the description.

All 1800s from 2001-2017 have a flasher relay, under the windshield near the dash. ECC offers a replacement LED flasher that plugs in under the windshield in the connector that bypasses the original beeper that is deeper underneath so you have less to remove to change to LED bulbs.
