1. So when I attach my rack to my hitch on the bike and then add a cooler to it for a day’s ride just how much of the plate needs to be visible :?: Or is it ok :?:
2. What about all the cars that add a wheelchair ramp to the back and block the plate :?:
3. What about pulling a trailer and thus blocking the plate from view anyway :?:
