I'm looking to put these on my 05 ABS silver metallic wing. I need opinions on this subject (Silver or metallic color with LED lights). Also considering the metallic color to match the bike. Which one would look like a "WOW". So guys. I placed two (2) subject here so give me ya'll thoughts. Also which brand?

I just installed the new Kury chrome lense LED lights that are in a chrome trim. I like the look of a chrome trim during the day and at night when I turn on the lights they are bright red.

Here are a few pictures...not that good of a picture, and they look much nicer in real life, but you get the idea.

Just don't buy Bike Bike (Show Crome) They are junk. LED's are cheap and do not last.
They also would not do anything after 1 year. ($10 for each 6" section )
I just ordered the Kury's, they seem to be a better quality, I asked several owners and they were satisfied......

Lights

I have the Kury saddlebag and trunk lights. I love them. I have to agree with an earlier post, Show Chrome, in my opinion, sucks. Every show chrome lighted item I have bought or my freinds have bought, the led's failed after a very short time. My Kury's have been on for 64k, they burn anytime the key is on, not one single failure. I love lights, the more the merrier. At Christmas time a few buds and I get together and ride our lights to see the lights. We get as many looks as the seasonal displays. Light 'er up, it's your bike, do it your way. Frank

PS In my neck of the woods, everyone loves a PARADE!!

Come on, do you really want to turn your bike into a parade float ? :?
What's wrong with some more lighting at night....is it a bad thing to want to be seen better on a motorcycle at night?

LED light

Another vote for Winglites. They look great and they are pretty bright. Even during the day light.

I bought these type..
Tourbox. http://www.mototourinc.com/mototourinc_files/ltms.htm

Saddlebags. http://www.mototourinc.com/mototourinc_files/lsms.htm

The Tourbox lights are both Running & Brake lights. The whole thing (Back & Sides) are brake lights.
The Saddlebags are just wired (From Kuryakyn) as running lights.

Instead if this type.

I have the Kury's in the chrome and love them. I wanted them to match the color of my bike but the manufactor was having trouble getting them to paint and back in a decent amount of time so I got the chorme and they look better than I could have ever imagined

I have the Kury trunk and saddlebag lights. They are TERRIBLE. My lights arent even a year old yet and I have replaced various pieces over 5 times. You would have afew burnt out in a row. If I was to do it over again I wouldnt do lights I would just get the chrome pieces.

I went with the color matched lights from Road Trip Essentials. The color is "right on".

WOW, those are the ones I've been searching for. Now that I've found them I have to search for the cash to buy em. LOL

Are they as bright as the tail lights at night? Day?

Yes I would say that they are pretty bright and really show up at night. Rear sets are wired into brake lights so that the whole back end lights up when you hit brakes. Very satisfied with them!!

Check prices at www.roadtripessentials
... more acommodating to my desires. LOL Thanks
