You will be able to find one pretty easy there has been two on this site in the last month. It took me a while to find one only because of price but in the end I got one.

what would be a fair price?

I bought a "newly overhauled" one on e-bay last year for $146.95. Came to me looking brand new in the box. Mounted it on the bike, plugged it in and it worked. No problems. I think if you have time to shop around, you could probably get something for less money, but I had no problems with this one. The seller was vikusi and he had 98.1% positive feedback at that time.
