Im ordering a set tomorrow. Im going to get the KD with the heavy springs so I can use aftermarket pegs. What type of aftermarket pegs are you guys using with the the MOP's? I was thinking of the Kury small ISO pegs.

Anyone using the regular ISO pegs? If you are, are they the small or large? Is the differance in the length or diameter? I dont want to get the Dually ISO because I think they would be kinda bulky. I have the Duallys for my regular pegs.

Looks like this will be a dialogue.

The only ones I've seen on others has been the large. PM or email pshivers [ http://www.gl1800riders.com/forums/prof ... ile&u=1576 ] and see if he can send you a pic. He has them on his. I believe the difference between the large and small is the diameter.
Thanks DDking. I PM'ed him . Im waiting to see if he replys. I ordered the pegs this morning. I got the KD-HS

I have the MOP model GF and love them. I like that they mount to the vertical engine guard and don't scrape, and I like the outboard peg mounting. Right now I have Kury ISO pegs on them, but am always looking for an alternative. With boots on, my feet are huge and because of the boots, it's hard to "feel" where they are on the MOP pegs. I may just go to a standard round-type peg that will lodge in front of the boot heel where I can feel it.

Incidentally, when I wrecked a year ago and the bike slid down the freeway on it's right side, kicking out a shower of sparks, the MOP on that side was virtually unmarred. All I did was replace the cover cuz it had a small scratch in it. Had it been one of the models that mount to the horizontal guard, I probably would've had to replace the entire MOP on that side and my insurance didn't cover accessories at the time.
