Don't look like it and according from some googling it is not DOT approved and cannot even be shipped to the U.S.

Checking out some other reports found on google they don't seem to be all that favorable. To bad as compared to the price of a Uni-Go they are a heck of a lot cheaper. Yep guess there's a reason for that:lol:
