I can wax boats like crazy but I want to get off on the right foot with waxing my 'new' 2002 Wing.

I see the Mothers waxing 'balls' at the store but which one is best for rims?
Mini Ball
Regular size

Also, I see a yellow and a red regular size.

Would I use this 'ball' for anything else besides the rims?

Finally, what cleaner / wax do you recommend for use on the ball?

Thanks a lot,

Woops! One more thing...I pulled the bike out of the garage yesterday (Buffalo NY) for the first time this year and although the muffler pipes were clean and shiney last fall when I put it away, they are completely pitted with tiny rust spots. Yikes! I'm pretty sure they will clean up with a little rub down but I'm surprised that happened. I had a 1995 Kawasaki Voyager XII for 4 years before this Wing and the pipes never rusted like that.

Thanks,

Wayne

I use the mini ball on my bike rims and the regular ball on the mag rims on my car.

I use Busch aluminum polish on the bike rims and Meguiars products on my car rims.
