Would anyone have the "assembly instructions" for a Uni-go trailer?
I'm hoping to get a PDF copy if possible.

Ron, I have reached out to them a month ago and have not heard back from them. I'm wondering if they are open. I sent an e-mail and have left a message and no reply.
Thanks for the link, I tried again. Time will tell.

As far as I know there are no assembly instructions on a Unigo. I had asked and i was told everything is self explanatory.
Which it is not.

If you have any questions in particular just ask and someone on this forum can probably help you.

They are pretty simple. Basically a fiberglass shell bolted to a steel frame.
I think the only part that might be slightly complex is the U-Joint because it uses bushings and not needle bearings like u-joints in cars. The swingarm pivots are simple bushings. The wheel bearings are sealed.

FWIW we just finished a 4,500 miles trip pulling our Unigo all over Northern CA and Oregon. I did get a squeak in a swing arm pivot in Oregon. I disassembled the pivots and greased them up in a parking lot of a hotel. Took longer to ride to NAPA for the grease. Note to self. Lube the pivots before the next big trip.

Here is a pic or two from the trip. The Unigo was great!

Thanks all.
Were the swing arm pivots bushings hard to get to for greasing?
I think I'll do that just for general PM.

Easy. Remove the nut and bolt and they slide out.

Out of curiosity what’s the size of the opening on the unigo I’m thinking of getting one but might have to buy new gear to fit the opening. My current trailer the entire top is the lid allowing longer items to fit.

We may have to revoke your Man Card for asking for written instructions. :D
